Services

Shah Technology provides website design, custom software development, and related digital services as agreed in a written quotation or contract for each project.

Payments

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, projects require an advance payment before work begins, with the remaining balance due according to the agreed milestone or delivery schedule. Late payments may be subject to a service charge as stated on your invoice.

Project Timelines

Delivery timelines are estimates based on the information available at the time of quotation. Delays caused by late client feedback, content, or approvals may extend the delivery date accordingly.

Intellectual Property

Upon full and final payment, ownership of the custom-developed source code is transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Shah Technology retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Shah Technology will make every reasonable effort to deliver reliable, well-tested software, but does not guarantee that any software will be entirely free of defects.
